職位: 貴賓室調酒師 (Lounge Bartender)
工作地點: 香港國際機場 (Hong Kong International Airport)

我們正在尋找充滿熱情的調酒師加入我們的機場貴賓室團隊！如果您熱愛飲品藝術並致力於提供卓越的客戶體驗，我們誠邀您的加入。

We are looking for a passionate Bartender to join our Airport Lounge team! If you have a love for the art of drinks and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences, we invite you to apply.

主要職責 Responsibilities:

• 以高度的熱情和專業精神，為貴賓室客人提供高質量的餐飲服務。
• 豐富的飲品知識（包括葡萄酒、烈酒、雞尾酒、茶等）。
• 協助客人點餐，並根據他們的偏好提供專業建議。
• 執行開班前的準備工作，包括酒吧擺設、檢查及補充酒水、確保貴賓室休息區整潔。
• 保持酒吧區域所有設施的清潔與衛生。

• Provide quality food and beverage services to lounge guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Beverage knowledge (wine, spirits, cocktails, tea, etc.).
• Assist guests with ordering and provide professional recommendations based on their preferences.
• Deliver start-of-shift duties, such as bar setup, checking and replenishing beverage inventory, and ensuring the cleanliness of the lounge seating area.
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all furniture and equipment in the bar area.

工作要求 Requirements:

• 至少1年調酒師工作經驗。
• 對葡萄酒、烈酒和雞尾酒有深入的了解。
• 具備良好的人際交往和溝通能力。
• 流利英語；懂其他語言（如廣東話）者優先。
• 積極好學，具有團隊合作精神。
• 能適應輪班工作（包括大早大夜班）。
• 必須為香港身份證持有人。

• At least 1 year of experience as a Bartender.
• Considerable knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Cantonese) is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and a strong team player.
• Able to work on shifts (including morning and night shifts).
• Must be a Hong Kong ID holder.
