Specialist (Digital Media Advertising; Fresh graduate is welcome)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in Digital Media Planning: Assist manager in developing media plans and digital marketing strategies for clients

• Campaign Implementation: Manage the execution of digital campaigns across various platforms to ensure alignment with the media plan

• Monitor and Optimize Performance: Continuously track and enhance the performance of digital marketing campaigns to achieve optimal results

• Assist in Digital Media Recommendations: Support the preparation for media recommendations

• Analyze Campaign Reports: Assist in preparing and presenting detailed analyses of digital campaign performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations

• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with team members to develop comprehensive digital campaign strategies

• Handle ad-hoc job tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business, Marketing, New Media, Journalism or related discipline

• 1 year of experience in marketing (Fresh graduates are also welcome)

• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platform

• Good analytical mind, numerical skills and attention to detail

• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment

• Enjoy fast-paced environment and be able to work independently

• Positive working attitude, able to deal with pressure and good at multitasking

• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English, good command of Mandarin is a plus

• Immediate available is preferred
