Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities
-
Manage maintenance services for large-scale of government project, key customers' networks, data centers, and application software. This involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with relevant parties to keep everything running smoothly.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding maintenance - related issues. Provide regular reports on maintenance activities and system performance to clients. Gather clients' feedback and translate it into actionable improvement plans.

Engage with project governance on project performance and change management matters

Set and uphold maintenance service quality standards. Regularly review service quality and take steps to improve it.

Analyze maintenance data to find areas for enhancement and cost - saving. Plan and carry out preventive maintenance activities.

Leverage your experience in service process management to optimize maintenance procedures. Standardize work processes, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless handovers between different stages of maintenance tasks.
Job Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

At least 10 years or above IT systems maintenance and support working experience

Customer-oriented and self-motivated with excellent communication skill

Good command of written and spoken in English, and Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin

Strong problem - solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Holder of PMP and ITIL will be an advantage
-
Immediate available is preferred
