Solution consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture:

  • Develop architectures for Microsoft Servers, Azure, and M365 environments tailored to client requirements.

  • Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and deployment strategies.

  Implementation & Deployment:

  • Configure and optimize Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related infrastructure.

  • Deploy Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security) and hybrid cloud solutions.

  • Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and security compliance features.

  Consulting & Advisory:

  • Conduct workshops and assessments to identify client needs and propose solutions.

  • Advise on migration strategies from on-premises to Azure and M365.

  Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide post-implementation support for Microsoft Servers, Azure, and M365 environments.

  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and compliance with security standards.

  Collaboration & Documentation:

  • Work closely with Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and cross-functional teams.

  • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations and best practices.

Job Requirement:

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Storage, Security).

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, Security & Compliance).

• Familiarity with Azure migration tools, Hybrid Cloud, and Azure governance.

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert preferred.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Experience with Linux and project experience are an advantage.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate preferred.
