Administrative Officer

Duties include but not limited to:

• Provide secretarial and executive support to CEO/CTO in handling business matters

• Work closely with the executive on high standard of commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately

• Assist in planning, organising, executing projects in a timely manner

• Assist in organizing departmental & committees meetings and related administration work, ensure that they are properly transmitted

• Plan and direct overall internal communication strategy to increase efficiency and smooth operation

• Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily operations

• Utilise AI tool (Canva, Freepik) in daily operation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administrations or related disciplines

• Minimum 1 year related experience of related working experience

• Well organized, proactive, reliable, flexible with strong interpersonal skills 

• Experience in gaming industry will be an advantage

• Passion in gaming industry

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Immediately available will be an advantage

Working Location & Hours: 

• Hong Kong Science Park

• 5-day work, 10:00 – 19:00 (Lunch hour 13:45 – 15:00)
