Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (B2B focus) to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our customer base, driving business development activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strong technical relationships and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle business inquiries and provide expert consultation to potential clients.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s customer base for the company’s products and solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customer technical departments, leveraging technology to influence and guide clients toward successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the after-sales service team to address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Overseas travel is required.
  • Proven experiences in B2B Business Development, Sales, or roles within technical equipment or related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Science and Engineering, International Business Management or a related field.
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
