Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the team to maintain and enhance various internal systems like billing, CRM, intranet, accounting, and purchasing.

  • Drive the migration to a new ERP system (Odoo), including vendor management and oversight of outsourced development tasks, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.

  • Collaborate with diverse global teams across our overseas offices to align systems and processes.

  • Initiate and manage projects to streamline internal workflows and meet application needs of other teams. Participate in all phases of system development.

  • Build the data warehouse to support analysis and management reporting.

  • Ensure all development and deliverables are following methodologies and documentation standards.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience

  • Solid project management and business analysis experience

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., C#, Dynamics 365 CRM, NAV, Power BI and SharePoint); experience with Odoo or ERP migrations is an advantage

  • Experience in supply chain and accounting is an advantage

  • Good business sense, adaptability to change, and a passion for learning new technologies

  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills

  • Good written & spoken English skills
