Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as an Executer and moderator in between external and internal teams’ communication to complete the dedicated project works.
• Act as a wholistic and capable staff to drive the marketing activities and project scopes, workflow and control of the time and deliver satisfactory information and material to match with sales team’s demands and achieve marketing promotion purpose.
• Planning and initiation of marketing strategy and events.
• To design action plan and time schedule for annual event and activities
• Conduct promotional activities and campaign and write up corresponding event analysis with insights to evaluate the achievement in varies business objectives.
• To assist and create necessary graphic designs for marketing activities (Marketing collaterals, web banners, etc.)
• Need to have creative concepts, able to make attractive and artworks and layouts for media and promotional material.
• Help to maintain and improve company website.
• Ability to establish and maintain a strong network with relevant organization (sponsors and vendors, etc.).
• Actively carry out market trends & business environment analysis through scheduled marketing survey.
• Take, edit, retouch photos and videos are preferred.
• Handle various marketing projects.
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or design related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of solid marketing experiences; experience from a medical company is an advantage.
• Creative thinking and artistic insight is an advantage.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook manager, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, graphic program and Microsoft Office and Power-point presentation.
• Ability to work independently, enthusiastic, assertive, self-motivated personality preferred.
• Accountable, open-minded and need to have a positive working attitude.

Place and Hours of Employment:

• Office at Shek Mun (Shatin District)
• Office hours 9am – 6pm (Monday to Saturday)
