Responsibilities
- Handle daily leasing matters and management for a portfolio of serviced apartments
- Provide high-quality tenancy services, assist landlords and tenants in meeting the conditions of their tenancy agreement
- Work closely with residents, agencies and local community groups to facilitate and promote community involvement and management
- Build and maintain good relationships with landlords and tenants through regular communication
- Conduct market research and analysis on serviced apartment market
- Update tenancy management properties and other details in Knight Frank's database
- Schedule meetings and prepare pitching documents
- Prepare statistics and reports for management as requested
Requirements
- Degree holder preferred
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in market research and business development, leasing and marketing preferred
- Holder of Estate Agent's Lience preferred
- Team player, high sense of responsibility, and able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, confident, and positive attitude
- Good negotiating and influencing skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese word processing
