Job Duty

Provide effective inbound call services to customers for product and service enquiries

Provide professional direct patient nutritional & dietary consultation

Professionally handle customer enquiries via phone and email

Maintain a good relationship with the customers

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned


Requirement

Associate degree or higher diploma, preferably in health-related disciplines, such as community healthcare, nutritional studies, health education, etc.
