職位描述
· Manage the building management team and external contractors to perform the day-to-day activities of building management, maintenance, security and customer services.
· Handle enquiries and complaints from the owners / tenants
· Manage annual budgets, regular financial review and cost control.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
· Attend Ownes’ Committee meetings, if necessary, and maintain good relationship with the committees.
Requirements:
· Degree in Property Management or related discipline
· Relevant professional qualification such as MHKIH, CIHCM, PMP (Tier 1)
· At least 6-8 years of related working experience in managing residential building with at least 2 years at supervisory level
· Strong interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
· Strong in report writing
· Well-versed Building Management Ordinance and Deed of Mutual Covenant
· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
