Senior Property Officer

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
• 3 years’ relevant experience in residential leasing and property management
• Holder of PMP License (Tier 2) is a must
• Proactive, highly motivated, result-driven and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Computer literate in Chinese Word Processing, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor day-to-day operation on property management and leasing services
• Supervise on-site staff to ensure quality service delivered to owners and tenants
• Handle new lettings and renewal cases including tenancy management
• Attend property viewing with agents and/or potential tenants
• Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties for owners corporation
