To ensure the smooth operation and value realization of these significant investments, we cordially invite an experienced and highly capable Real Estate Project Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will be responsible for the post-investment management and operational coordination of the family office's real estate projects in Europe and other regions. You will serve as a crucial bridge between the family office and local project parties, ensuring the long-term value growth of investment projects and maximizing family interests.

Key Responsibilities

1.Post-Investment Project Management and Coordination:

•Responsible for the daily post-investment management of portfolio projects, including but not limited to project progress tracking, operational supervision, risk assessment, and response.

•As a representative of the family office, communicate and coordinate effectively with local project parties, developers, property management companies, etc., to ensure projects proceed as planned.

2.Cross-Cultural Communication and Relationship Maintenance:

•Establish and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders in project locations, including government agencies, legal advisors, and financial institutions.

•Handle business negotiations and cooperation matters in cross-cultural contexts, ensuring smooth and unobstructed communication.

3.Finance and Compliance Management:

•Assist in preparing project budgets, monitor project expenditures, and regularly report financial status to the family office.

•Ensure all project operations comply with local laws and regulations and the family office's compliance requirements.

5.Market Analysis and Strategic Support:

•Continuously monitor market dynamics, providing professional advice for the family office's investment decisions.

•Assist the family office with preliminary evaluations and due diligence for new projects.

5.Risk Management and Crisis Handling:

•Identify and assess potential project risks, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

•Effectively respond to emergencies or crises that arise during project operations when necessary.

Qualifications

1.Experience:

•5-8 years of direct experience in managing real estate projects, with comprehensive project lifecycle management capabilities.

•Experience in managing European high-end properties or international island resort projects is preferred

2.Education Background:

•Bachelor's degree or higher in real estate, finance, construction management, or a related field.

•Overseas study background is preferred.

3.Language Proficiency:

•Native in Mandarin and English.

•Proficiency in French is preferred, and work experience in France is a significant advantage.

4.Core Competencies:

•Excellent project management, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

•Outstanding cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.

•High business acumen and financial analysis capabilities.

•Ability to work independently and adapt to frequent international business travel.
