Human Resources Assistant Officer/Officer

職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment and selection, payroll calculation, MPF administration, attendance record, leave management and benefits administrations;

  • Assist in HR System updating;

  • Handle and maintain filling system, HR database and records;

  • Provide general office administrative and clerical support to the team;

  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects such as staff activities.

  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline;

  • At least 2 year’s human resources working experience;

  • Basic knowledge in HK Employment and MPF Ordinances is preferred;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing (速成/倉頡);

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;

  • Common sense in time management and with details mind set;

  • Well-organized, independent, proactive and with good problem-solving skills.

 

Less experience will be considering Officer.

 

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
