Job Description
We are looking for an Administration Officer in Hong Kong to drive HQ policies, manage office operations, coordinate events, handle external affairs, and support staff needs. Reporting to HQ, this Admin Officer will:
- Implement and enforce headquarters’ administrative management policies; track execution and provide feedback.
- Organize and coordinate company annual meetings, staff activities, and various corporate events; manage external relations and business license applications.
- Oversee workplace hygiene, office infrastructure management, office and dormitory leasing/renovation, as well as employee travel arrangements.
- Manage workplace assets, including office facilities and warehouse operations.
- Prevent and handle workplace emergencies; support the company in managing unexpected incidents.
- Consolidate and analyze national budget data and provide regular reports to the regional office.
- Manage reception and logistics for visits from headquarters staff.
- Handle and resolve employee requests and workplace-related issues within the country.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
- Proven administrative experience in large multinational or overseas enterprises.
- Strong command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Strong interpersonal skills, approachable personality, and customer service mindset.
- Positive, proactive, and resilient, with strong learning ability.
