Sales Manager (Station in Dongguan)

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the wire harness and medical cable market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.

• Attend industry trade shows and conferences to stay updated on market trends.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Engineering background is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the wire harness or components industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of cable harness products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• AI Skills: Experience in utilizing AI tools to enhance sales processes, such as lead generation, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.
• Internal Management Experience: Proven experience in managing internal sales teams, including setting targets, performance evaluation, and team development.
• Ability to travel as needed for business development.
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin. Must have a good command of English.

• Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for business development.

• Salary is negotiable for experienced candidates.
• Stationed in Dong Guan, China
