Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for managing the warehouse day to day operation including inventory control, stock allocation, stock control, and arranging deliveries and shipment to ensure seamless throughout the supply chain.
• Develop and implement warehouse/ Logistics procedures, policies, and standards to ensure maximum operating efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal team in control of warehouse capacity utilization and work closely with local transportation delivery team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monthly inventory report.
• Data analysis, forecasts, stocks and order planning with close collaborations with internal departments and external parties (suppliers, warehouses and forwarders).
• Work closely with internal operations to meet customer’s requirements.
• Any other related functions to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or any related disciplines.
• At least 5 years Logistics and Warehouse experience.
• A proven experience to implementation of warehouse management system.
• Hands on experience in warehouse and logistics operations in B2B / B2C is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills can communicate with all levels of people.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse/Logistics and transportation management principles and practices.
• Able to work under pressure with strong sense of responsibility.
• A positive thinking, energetic with strategic mindset and to be a good team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Less experience will be considered as Logistics and Warehouse Assistant.
