Associate Director/Sr Account Manager (Social Media/ Account Servicing) (Agency)

Job Duties:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing social media account management team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.

• Oversee the development and execution of innovative social media and influencer marketing strategies to drive client success and secure new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Business Development team to craft compelling pitches, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.

• Ensure the delivery of outstanding service levels across multiple social media channels (e.g., Meta, Xiaohongshu), maintaining high client satisfaction.

• Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and client trust.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s Degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in social media, account management, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.

• Exceptional leadership, presentation, pitching, and communication skills, paired with a strategic and analytical mindset for driving team and client success.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively guide and motivate a team.

• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Associate Account Director.
