Accounting Officer

In the position, you will

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Accounts Receivable including maintaining customer accounts, billing, payment collection, update receipts and merchant accounts checking

• Perform credit control and debt collection procedures and monitor overdue customer accounts

• Update AR aging report, prepare and distribute invoice, debit note and monthly statement to customer

• Prepare monthly accounting reconciliation 

• Assist with monthly closing procedures and provide support as needed

• Handle ad hoc assignment as required

 If you are,

• Higher Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines

• At least 2 years experience in Accounting with retail or related business field

• Self motivated and good communication skills

• Strong business sense in operation-wise matters; 

• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks

• Proficient in MS Office including Excel & Word

• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
