職位描述

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute the global workplace strategy, including site selection, space planning, and cost analysis to support business expansion and optimization
  • Oversee the daily operations of all international offices, ensuring a safe, functional, and compliant work environment
  • Manage all facility-related vendors, including procurement, contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and cost control
  • Lead global budget planning and financial management for all workplace operations, rent, and capital projects
  • Optimize space utilization and manage fixed assets—from procurement to disposal—to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Drive employee engagement by fostering a positive office culture, managing administrative benefits, and implementing feedback-driven improvements
  • Lead and collaborate with regional administrative teams and business units to ensure seamless service delivery across all locations


What does a successful candidate look like?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in administration, workplace management, or office operations
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing multi-site operations, including international offices. Experience as a global/regional administration lead in a multinational corporation, Chinese enterprise, or large company is highly desirable
  • Global perspective and strong cross-cultural communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Excellent project management abilities
  • Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset
