Company Background:

We are seeking a candidate with an open-minded spirit, looking to gain valuable experience while contributing their skills.

Job Responsibilities:

The candidate will report to Admin Officer and provide assistance in following operations.

Front Desk Operations:Oversee all general receptionist duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Visitor Hospitality:Greet and assist visitors professionally; manage incoming calls, emails, and door access while delivering exceptional customer service.

Mail & Parcel Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, including accurate distribution within the office.

Meeting & Conference Support:Monitor and manage the conference room booking system; provide logistical support such as video conferencing setup, refreshment arrangements, and maintaining facility tidiness.

Office Cleanliness Oversight:Regularly check office cleanliness and coordinate with cleaning staff to uphold a neat and organized environment.

Maintenance Coordination:Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely office maintenance and repairs.

Administrative Assistance:Support general administrative tasks, including document filing and updates, billing, IT coordination, procurement, and management of office equipment, stationery, and supplies.

Event & Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing company events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution.

Manage Staff Attendance:Maintain and manage staff attendance records and oversee the attendance system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Public Relations: Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn profile to strengthen networking with stakeholders and relevant parties.

Ad Hoc Duties:Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.


Job requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Business Administration or relevant subjects
  • Good communication ability in both Cantonese and English required
  • Good interpersonal relationship, time management and problem-solving skills required
  • Self-motivated, ability to work in a team and attention to details
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
