Project Officer in the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (Appointment for 6 months) [Ref. T/122/25]
The appointee will assist in a research project related to fashion in the College Office.
Duties
- To execute the daily tasks and works of the project;
- To assist in all general work, especially on fashion show exhibition and marketing;
- To assist and support the project team with logistics;
- To contact, gather and manage outfits and materials for related tasks;
- To work with the production house on the logistics of the event, e.g. fittings, show details, and other production works;
- To work with vendors on PR and marketing;
- To prepare and execute layout for advertising materials;
- To ensure the project executes smoothly within the given resources; and
- To conduct research and assist in data analysis.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification;
- Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Experience in working for similar fashion events is preferred.

Salary and Conditions of Service
Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental consultations at the campus clinic.
