Job Descriptions
- Responsible for all round HR functions and administrative duties
- Formulate, implement & standardize HR manual, polices & procedures
- Handle monthly payroll, shop sales commission, MPF
- Responsible for HRIS management, prepare HR reports & analysis
- Supervise office admin. team for daily office duties
- Provide assistance in various projects (opening/closure of retail stores)
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by managements
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR or business disciplines
- Min 4 years proven HR experiences in retail sector or FMCG
- Experience in using HR software
- Hands on experience in office admin. duties
- Well-versed in HK employment ordinance & related regulations
- Self-initiative with good interpersonal & communication skills
