Senior Human Resources Officer/Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities

Draft and revise HR-related documents, including policies, procedures, handbooks, and communication materials in both English and Chinese.

Review, update, and ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures according to current labor regulations and organizational needs.

Analyze HR data and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports (e.g., turnover, headcount, training effectiveness, policy compliance).

Translate HR documents and communications accurately between English and Chinese while preserving clarity and tone.

Support internal audits and HR policy reviews by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to gather data and insights for reporting and policy development.

Arrange staff activity and seek staff benefit
Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on policy development and reporting.

Strong bilingual writing and editing skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
