Job Responsibilities
-
Manage all-rounded HR duties including talent acquisition, training & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations;
-
Act as the HR Business Partner and responsible for talent acquisition for respective business units;
-
Analyze the training needs, plan and organize talent development program;
-
Handle payroll, insurance and other benefits administration;
-
Take care of onboarding arrangement for new joiners and orientation; and the exit arrangement for leavers;
-
Support employee relations functions to enhance employee engagement;
-
Organize staff activities such as parties, annual dinner, Christmas party, voluntary work, outing, sports games and special events;
-
Prepare HR related reports and PowerPoint presentation for management meeting;
-
Support the rollouts of global HR initiatives and projects;
-
Assist in other HR tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
-
Full-time Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related discipline;

At least 8 years of working experience in Human Resources, preferably gained from a multinational/sizable company;

Experience in garment / sourcing industry a plus;

Well versed in HK Labor Law and related regulations;

Customer-oriented & flexible mind-set and proactive work attitude;

Detailed minded and meticulous;

Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills;

Good leadership, communication and organization skills;

Outgoing character with passion and skills in event management;

A good team player but can work independently with minimal supervision;

Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua);

Strong working knowledge of MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
