職位描述

Responsibilities :-

  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions, such as recruitment, interview management, medical insurance, etc
  • Lead and manage the general office administration
  • Maintenance work of office, showroom and quarter & Warehouse Management
  • Work closely with different teams on travel arrangements, itinerary, meeting arrangement.
  • Perform administrative work associated with different departments & specific projects as assigned
  • Handle the procurement of the operational needs of administration functions.
  • Organize staff activities and company events
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments on request basis

Requirements: -

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 8 years or above related experience in office administration
  • Good working attitude, positive & hard working is required
  • Patient, flexible, good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, detail minded, well organized, willing to go extra miles
  • Strong communication skills with experience leading a team
