Part-time Research Assistant, School of Health Sciences (Ref.: 25/89/HS/RA)

Duties:
The appointee will assist the Principal Investigator in all research-related activities, including:

(a) assisting in the project management

(b) coordinating with the partners and the project team

(c) providing support for the preparation of research materials

(d) assisting in recruitment, data collection, data entry and data analysis

(e) conducting a literature search

(f) assisting in the preparation of abstracts, manuscripts and reports

(g) performing any other duties as assigned by the project leader or his/her delegates

Appointment Criteria:

Applicants should have:

• a recognised degree in Social Sciences, Psychology or an equivalent qualification

• good research knowledge related to and skills in conducting qualitative studies

• a passion for helping individuals with mental distress

• proficiency in computer software, such as Microsoft Office and NVivo, etc.

• good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• good interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work independently

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
