Area Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and review day-to-day operations across assigned stores, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers and sales teams to achieve sales targets
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, present insights and recommendations to management
• Drive effective training and incentive policy to maintain a high-performing team
• Prepare detailed performance reports
• Assist in planning, organizing and monitoring stores (new, existing and closing stores) renovation projects
• Work closely with various internal & external parties for all operations matters

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the retail industry and at least 5 years at managerial level
• Sales oriented with strong execution skills, ability to meet deadlines and problem solving skills
• Strong leadership with excellent people management skill, and able to work with people with different levels
