Operations Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Maintain smooth operation of department store business, uphold service standards and take corrective actions
• Closely monitor the execution of all business sales strategies, marketing activities as well as formulate logistics solutions to ensure targets are monitored and achieved 
• Responsible for strategic planning and operational efficiency to maximize profits and minimize costs
• Assist in planning, organizing and monitoring stores (new, existing and closing stores) renovation projects
• Building and maintaining strategic relationship with external parties and explore new suppliers and vendors 
• Ad hoc project or assignment as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in local retail industry 
• Cross Border Exposure and big data analytics skills is a plus
• Creative business thinking and has a high level of maturity to lead a team
• Strong execution skills, ability to meet deadlines and problem solving skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Operations Manager
