Program Summary:
The Management Trainee (MT) Program is designed to develop your functional competence and strengthen your professional skills. As a trainee, you will:

• Gain a big-picture perspective by performing and improving front-line work while building cross-functional relationships

• Assist in implementing team strategies and business plans

• Collaborate with project teams—including business, IT, operations, and other functions—to ensure successful project delivery

• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and advise top management on tactical decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (minimum 2nd Upper Class Honours) in any discipline
