Executive Engineer (Design & Coordination)- San Po Kong

About the Role:

• Monitor site activities and coordinate with the Main Contractor, plan and arrange all site activities.
• Prepare project documents and drawings, attend site meetings and oversee project implementation and report on site progress and supervise activities, etc.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a subcontractor firm within the E&M industry, specifically for mega size or design and build projects
• Experience in CSD, CBWD, BIM coordination, utilities liaison, and project management; ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants
• Proficiency in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD drawing and MS office operations
• Proactive, responsible, with strong communication skills and a good team player
