Job Duties:
-
to collect, store, arrange for logistics and transportation of the office stationeries/ accessories to the designated site office;

to maintain & update annual stock taking;
-
to distribute the office stationeries to site staff

to maintain proper filing records and provide clerical support
-
secondment to housing authority
Requirement:
-
DSE or above
-
Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications including MS-Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
-
Good in both written & spoken English and Cantonese
