Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance services for large-scale of government project, key customers' networks, data centers, and application software. This involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with relevant parties to keep everything running smoothly.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding maintenance - related issues. Provide regular reports on maintenance activities and system performance to clients. Gather clients' feedback and translate it into actionable improvement plans.

• Engage with project governance on project performance and change management matters

• Set and uphold maintenance service quality standards. Regularly review service quality and take steps to improve it.

• Analyze maintenance data to find areas for enhancement and cost - saving. Plan and carry out preventive maintenance activities.

• Leverage your experience in service process management to optimize maintenance procedures. Standardize work processes, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless handovers between different stages of maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

• At least 10 years or above IT systems maintenance and support working experience

• Customer-oriented and self-motivated with excellent communication skill

• Good command of written and spoken in English, and Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin

• Strong problem - solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Holder of PMP and ITIL will be an advantage

• Immediate available is preferred
