Job Description:

• Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries related to the trading platform, transaction issues, and account management;
• Assist clients with account opening procedures and provide guidance on the trading platform;
• Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, providing solutions to enhance their experience;
• Maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers;
• Execute daily operational tasks with accuracy and attention to detail;
• Assist in handling emergencies or ad-hoc tasks;
• This position is dedicated to customer support and does not involve any sales activities;

• No cold calls needed.
   

Who We Are Looking for:

• Diploma or above in any discipline;
• 1 year of relevant working experience in client relationship (fresh graduates are welcomed);
• Proficient in PC applications, including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Strong problem-solving abilities, good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with internal and external parties;
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English;
• Short notice or Immediate availability is highly preferred.

• IANG visa holders are also considered.
