Senior Trade Fair Coordinator

職位描述

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist manager to conduct events planning, client servicing and organise fringe programmes;
  • Organise and coordinate seminar programmes and conferences, from speaker invitation to on site event management;
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with chamber of commerce, associations, sales partners, suppliers and customers;
  • Perform on-site duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in any disciplines;
  • Minimum 4 years event management experiences in exhibition industry;
  • Familiar with the planning and operational procedures of seminar, conference, trade shows and social events;
  • Experience in public relations and marketing, knowledge of exhibition industry is an advantage;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Independent, detail-minded, well-organized and good team player;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Willing to travel overseas.
