Junior/ Senior KOL Manager

Job Duties :

• Recruit new KOL partners from various countries (HK and SEA countries) to join our platform
• Create innovative campaigns on the company’s social media accounts in recruiting and managing our KOL partners
• Build strategic relationships and partnership with key KOL partners, and/or MCNs
• Manage the KOL payment accounts
• Pay attention to the cutting-edge KOL trends on YouTube and various platforms including FB, IG and others
• Analyse the company’s KOL partners’ performance and adjust our customers’ campaigns accordingly

Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma with major in marketing, communications, business, or related fields
• (Senior) 5+ years experience in KOL marketing or related industry
• (Junior) 1+ year experience in KOL marketing or related industry
• Energetic in dealing with people in a day-to-day manner
• (Senior) Strong connection with the KOL communities, especially the Youtubers, is a great plus
• (Senior) Familiarity with Hong Kong AND SEA KOL markets is a GREAT plus
• (Junior) Existing association with some popular KOLs is a GREAT plus
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin AND English
