CRM Specialist

Objective of the Position:

You will work as part of the growing Promotion & Retention Team. You will support the team on systems daily operation, in order to optimize the performance and resources to serve the needs of the company and team members.

What You'll Do: 

• You will be working closely with vendors and technical team to ensure the stability of any marketing systems. 
• You will be managing customer databases and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• You will be working on customer segmentation and personalization on campaigns.
• You will be planning and executing loyalty-program-related and customer-behaviour-triggered communication journeys. 
• You will be working with vendors for any inter-system integration if needed.
• You will be developing A/B and multivariate tests to fine tune campaign flows, channels segments and messages.
• You will be working closely with Web & App team on implementing personalization features.
• You will be managing the relationship to our vendors on a regular basis.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant.

What You Have: 

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing or similar field with 3- 5 years working experience in CRM field. 
• With proven record in implementing CRM program, campaign management and customer lifecycle management.
• Hands on experience with CRM or Marketing Automation tools
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Knowledge in SQL and Jinja coding is an advantage
• Possesses a bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science or similar 
• Strong business acumen, data insight-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Must be a team player with a very strong analytical mind-set and number sensitive.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
