• Mainly responsible for the daily operation of reception including handle incoming call, manage front desk area and welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mails, documents and courier services

• Provide general office administrative work

• Provide secretarial support to the team

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Are you ready for the opportunity?

• DSE / Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline

• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience would be an advantage, fresh grads or less experience are also welcome

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

• Knowledge of PC applications including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

• Being a good team player and able to work independently

• Good working attitude, polite, pleasant, punctual & patient

• Immediately available is highly preferred
