Project Officer (International & Mainland Liaison)

Job Description
Responsibilities:

Plan and execute international and mainland exchange activities and projects, to include the annual “10,000 Miles Friendship Trek” exchange programme (a joint uniformed group initiative held in Mainland).

Prepare funding proposals and reports.

General internal and external coordination with overseas Girl Guide Associations, youth groups in Mainland China and uniformed groups in Hong Kong etc. on both inbound and outbound exchange activities.

Support the Association on event administration, coordination and deliveries.

May need to work outside regular office hours.
Requirements:

University graduate or above, preferably major in Public Relations, Hotel & Tourism Management, Languages or related discipline.

Event management experiences preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.

Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin). The ability to write professional business correspondence is essential.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 2 years of relevant experience will be considered for the post of Officer.

Guiding experience is an advantage.
