Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Sales Targets Achievement

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly individual sales plan.
• Strengthen and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Recruit NEW customers and create own customer data base.

• Utilize Selling skills to identify customer needs and close sales.

Service Excellence

• Engage with all customers to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
• Positively contribute to delivery of the purchasing experience.
• Build dreams for client for repeating transaction.
• Develop and maximize customer base to achieve annual sales target.
• Communicate the brand's DNA and history through storytelling during customer interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Handle after-sales service.

Requirements:

• Form 5 graduate or above with good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• At least 2 years' luxury retail sales experience, preferably in fashion.
• Good team player with positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
