Project Coordinator (5-day Work, Flexible Working Hours)

Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support our technology teams in delivering high-impact projects. You’ll play a key role in organizing project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders. Job duties

• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, and system rollouts

• Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and reports

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items

• Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies

• Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders

• Support risk and issue tracking and escalate concerns as needed

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and end users

• Help ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately

• Occasionally travel is required, such as to mainland China

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience, preferably working in a software development or IT infrastructure environment

• Experience with MS Project is an advantage

• Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
