Senior Product Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with R&D to prepare and develop risk assessments related to product, compliance, and operational risks for management review

• Manage & discuss emerging compliance or quality issues with key stakeholders, and proactive communication and follow up with internal departments, testing lab and vendors where necessary

• Review testing procedures to meet the specifications of environmental monitoring programs and follow up of testing results

• Support the creation of sample testing protocol and physical testing, and research new product testing methodologies

• Maintain all compliance reports and regulatory policies and keep a good record of received complaints, investigation outcome and implemented procedures

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Fashion or Textiles, Environmental/ Industrial Engineering or related discipline or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience, preferably in luxury brands in quality compliance related area and good knowledge of global regulatory especially for EU, China and US

• Familiar with compliance policies and experience in working with regulatory bodies is an advantage

• A positive team player who is self-motivated, detail-minded, and flexible

• Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills

• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
