System Analyst - Oracle JDEdwards (1-Year Contract-renewable)

General Scope of Work

The System Analyst will provide effective and efficient application support for Oracle JDEdwards to end users. The role ensures that solutions delivered to the business are technically sound, feasible, and timely. The position also involves assisting with integration projects related to Oracle JDEdwards, including system design and testing, and collaborating closely with the offshore CNC team for daily system administration and support.

This is a 1-year contract position (renewable) and includes an attractive end-of-contract bonus.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle JDEdwards applications to ensure smooth business operations.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle JDEdwards.

• Assist in system design, configuration, and testing for integration / enhancement projects.

• Work closely with the offshore CNC team on system administration tasks and troubleshooting.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and process flows.

• Support end users through training, guidance, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle JDEdwards.

• Hands-on experience with JDE modules (Finance, Distribution preferred).

• Familiarity with CNC architecture and system administration processes.

• Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies.

• Proficiency in SQL and basic programming concepts.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
