Senior Training Officer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing general in-house training and administrative duties

• Conduct training courses according to the scheduled training plan

• Drive and develop potential initiatives by creating and shaping new training programs based on identified needs.

• Assist in updating employees’ training records and conducting analyses to monitor training effectiveness

• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned to support the organization’s objectives

Qualifications

•      Degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related discipline

•      Minimum of 5 years of experience in sizeable companies with hands-on training experience

•      Proactive, engaging, and committed to enhancing employee skills and overall performance

•      Strong communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

•      Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•      Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

•      Immediate availability is preferred
