We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the successful delivery of IT projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with web and mobile application development is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese

Requirements:

• Collaborate with project managers to coordinate and execute IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Assist in gathering and documenting project requirements, specifications, and change requests.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, monitor project progress, and help resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Support quality assurance activities including functional testing, interface testing, and UAT.
• Contribute to change management efforts and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Salary:
