Barista

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and workstation.
• Educate customers about different coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu items,
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
• Follow health and safety regulations.

Requirement: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; barista experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and date.
