Marketing Executive (China Social Media Focus)

Job Description:

• Plan and execute marketing campaign to raise brand awareness, sales enquiries & social media engagement
• Manage Social Media accounts (Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,) , Website, eDM: content planning, community management, and maintenance
• Prepare, design , drive the engaging content writing and artwork adaption for social media accounts, website, eDM , advertising and other forms in fluent English & Chinese
• Monitor marketing trends & competitive campaign performance, provide insights and actionable recommendations
• Collect data & prepare various marketing reports, proposals & presentations
• Coordinate & liaise with PR, SEO and Website Development agencies to ensure smooth implementation of the marketing tasks
• Collaborate with other stakeholders including Creative Team and Sales Agents for online and offline promotional activities
• Provide administration and marketing support to the team

• Perform ad hoc marketing tasks & projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent in English & Chinese writing is a MUST
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details
• Eager for growth and humble
• Self-motivated, Proactive, Can-do attitude
• Strong sense of responsibility, organized and well-planned
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, GA4, XHS, WeChat Mini Program, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads
• Knowledge in photo and video editing will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Trainee
