Provide general administration and clerical support to the Department

Prepare regular reports and conduct market research to facilitate business planning

Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Your profile :
-
Degree holder or undergraduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management or related discipline;
-
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
-
Proficiency in both English and Chinese are fluent and Putonghua is preferred;
-
Positive attitude, independent and self-motivated
-
Part time Intern: Able to work 2 – 3 working days per week

Summer Intern: Able to work 5 full working days per week

OBI Group Sourcing is the sourcing unit for the OBI Group in Asia. Its key responsibility is the scouting, sourcing, quality assurance as well as organising the corresponding logistics for products sourced in Asia. Beside the main offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai , an additional representative office is located in Ho Chi Minh City .
