Specialist, ACMI

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily ACMI operation and schedule updates;
• Update flight data into the system;
• Update pre-alert to service suppliers;
• Coordinate with the suppliers to ensure the services is on time and completed;
• Cross check the invoices and bills from the suppliers to ensure the accuracy;
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in related discipline; fresh graduates are welcomed;
• Experience in airfreight industry is a plus;
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
