Corporate Flight Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• This position will base on Shanghai.
• Stage and prepare aircraft with all amenities, literature, and specific requests.
• Restock and clean all cabin compartments. Shop for necessary items, rotate and organize all amenities.
• Assist in offload/ on-load aircraft
• Keep aircraft diagrams up to date.
• Regularly interact with customers to promote the department and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Keep working knowledge of Amber's operations and standards.
• Ensure all items used in-flight are clean and sanitized between flights.
• Assists in the procurement process for all new onboard items for new aircraft acquisitions.
• Responsible for keeping the aircraft clean before, during and after a flight.
• Maintains inventory on aircraft.
• Greets passengers as they arrive and depart.
• Assists passengers with inflight needs, including catering and luggage.
• Plans and serves meals onboard to passengers.
• Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality in regards to passengers, itineraries, and company information
• Schedule will be flexible, and subject to change pursuant to needs of our business, passengers, and aircraft owner(s).
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Flight Attendant experience
• Must be able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to work away from home for an extended period of time
• Comfortable working outdoors, day, night, and in all weather conditions.
• Discretion of confidential information
• Expert customer service skills with a superior attention to the finest details.
• Prior experience with international travel and Singapore Permanent Resident is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to appropriately communication with all levels of passengers and coworkers.
• The ability to work in an enclosed aircraft, including sitting, standing, and/or walking for extended periods, for the entire duration of scheduled flights.
• Top-notch ability to develop genuine rapport with Flight Crew and passengers.
