Coordinator, Logistics

What you will be doing:

• Coordinating the movement of goods through our warehousing and distribution network
• Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics providers to resolve issues and ensure seamless delivery
• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Preparing and analysing reports on logistics performance metrics

• Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures for logistics operations

  
  

We are looking for someone with:

• Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain / Logistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain coordination role (FMCG preferred)
• Good understanding of warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes
• Familiarity with logistics management software and data analysis tools
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Good in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua, with good written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications, Chinese, and English word processing
