Site Supervisor (E&M project)

工作職責：

• 負責機電項目現場，監察CSD/SEM的協調與準備，檢查和測量現場工作，編寫檢查報告。

• 與安裝工程師合作，解決現場衝突，參與編寫日常進度報告。
• 協助安裝工程師進行現場測量、檢查、測試及調試。
• 向項目經理報告，監控工作進度，管理現場工藝，以確保項目質量符合客戶標準。
• 與內部（項目團隊和設計團隊）及外部（分包商/客戶）各方聯繫，根據項目進度促進現場進展。
• 協助在現場執行安全控制措施。
• 處理現場文件並協助維護現場的適當文檔。

要求：

• 持有DSE或以上學歷 / 相等資格，至少有2年的機電項目現場管理經驗。

• 熟悉地鐵或鐵路項目的施工流程和管理要求，具備一定的現場協調和問題解決能力。

• 持有註冊電工A牌優先。
• 有主控系統相關工作經驗優先。
• 良好的溝通技巧，能有效與各方利益相關者合作。
• 具備獨立思考和快速解決問題的能力，熟練使用Office及其他常用軟件。
• 良好的團隊合作精神和責任感，能承受工作壓力。
• 流利的廣東話，並能理解英文。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for E&M project work site, monitoring the coordination and preparation of CSD/SEM, and inspecting and measuring the site works, preparing inspection reports.
2. Collaborate with the Installation Engineer to resolve site conflicts and participate in the preparation of daily progress reports.
3. Assist the Installation Engineer in site measurements, inspections, testing and commissioning.
4. Reporting to Project Managers, monitor work progress and manage workmanship on site to ensure project quality could meet client’s standards.
5. Liaise with both internal (project team and design team) and external parties (subcontractor/client) to facilitate site progress according to project schedule.
6. Assist to conduct safety control measures on site.
7. Handle site documents and assist to maintain proper documentation at site.

Requirements:

1. DSE or above / equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years ofE&M project site management experience.

2. Familiar with the construction process and management requirements of metro or railway projects, with some site coordination and problem-solving abilities.
3. Registered Electrical Worker Licence A is preferred.
4. Experience andn knowledge in Main Control System (MCS), SCADA project is preferred.
5. Good communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
6. Capable of independent thinking and rapid problem-solving, proficient in using Office, and other common software.
7. Good teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility, able to withstand work pressure.
8. Fluent in Cantonese and understand English.
