Technician I & II (Electrical / Air Conditioning )

Technician II (Electrical)

a. EITHER (I) An apprenticeship in related field, and at least one (1) year post-apprenticeship experience; OR (II) at least three (3) years' experience in servicing electrical installation; and

b.Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate;

Technician I (Electrical)

a. At least six (6) years' experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical installations; and

b. Registered electrical worker of Grade A or above; and

c. Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate;

Technician II (Air-conditioning)

a. EITHER (I) An apprenticeship in related field, and at least one (1) year post-apprenticeship experience; OR (II) at least three (3) years' experience in the operation and maintenance of air-conditioning installation; and

b. Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate;

Job Duties :

(a) In the absence of the supervisor (air-conditioning or electrical) in a venue, one of Technician I (air-conditioning or electrical) of the venue shall act as the gang leader; and

(b) Perform the daily operation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and overhaul in assigned venues and/or unattended venues.
