Due to our fast business expansion, we have 3 immediate full-time Immigration Specialist qualified candidates with a strong passion to win in this growing global immigration industry.

Job Description:
• Manage a high volume of client inquiries by applying your professional migration knowledge and sales skills. 
• Obtain a comprehensive understanding of client cases followed by providing immigration information and services to clients.
• Convert leads to successful closed sales to meet the monthly sales budget.
• Manage post-sale client project processes.
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with our clients.
• Participating in and assisting in marketing and business events.
• Understand our broad service offerings to enable the identification of business opportunities on engagements.
• Stay knowledgeable of the latest developments of immigration legislation and social/economic conditions.
• Work with and support team members to deliver high-quality customer service.

Job Requirements:
• University graduate in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or other related disciplines
• Over 3 years of successful experience in immigration consulting; candidates with more experience and proven track sales record are offered the position of Senior Immigration Specialist
• Ability to provide accurate immigration information or advice and manage complex migration issues.
• Ability to balance priorities, and meet sales budget and deadlines.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus)
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and client servicing skills
• Goal-seeking, initiative-taking, powerful sense of responsibility, commitment, and being a team player.
• Registered Australia or Canada immigration consultant/attorney is an advantage.

Salary commensurate with the right candidate’s relevant work experience and past achievements in the immigration industry, with double pay, performance bonus, and medical insurance.
